Every batch is produced in a Polish atelier, in short runs. Butter Elixir is an in-house formula - recipe attempt no. 97 - by comparison a classic beard balm usually has 3 ingredients (1 wax + 1 butter + 1 oil). Ours has 15+ active ingredients plus a signature fragrance composition.

Beard oil or serum - which to choose?+
Oil is a rich, oily base - deep hydration and shine, and it stays on the hair longer. Serum has a lighter consistency and is enriched with three plant extracts - aloe, field horsetail and horse-chestnut flower - giving it a regenerating, strengthening effect on the beard. Short-medium beard for everyday → serum; long, dry beard → oil. Best as a duo.
Balm (Butter Elixir) or oil?+
Oil hydrates and adds shine; Butter Elixir balm lightly styles and seals the hair with a buttery shea + wax base. Best result: oil on wet skin after shower, balm for finishing. That's why we offer them cheaper as a set.
How fast do you ship and how much is shipping?+
We pack and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Locker and courier delivery available, and shipping is free above a set amount.
Is payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are handled by certified providers Stripe and Przelewy24 (BLIK, cards, instant transfers), and the entire connection is SSL-encrypted. We don't store your card data - it goes only to the payment provider.
How do I get a receipt / invoice?+
You'll get an order confirmation email with details. Need an invoice - also for a business - mark that at checkout and provide your tax ID, and you'll get the invoice by email as a PDF.
Are the products natural and vegan?+
We base our formulas on plant oils and butters from around the world and our own fragrance compositions. You'll find the full INCI listing on every product card - we hide nothing.
